If you are planning to graduate in fall 2024, spring 2025, or summer 2025 then you need to complete a graduation application for each degree, diploma, certificate, or career studies certificate you are receiving.
The deadline for submitting graduation applications is Friday, November 8, 2024. Submission of late graduation applications may delay certification until the next semester.
Students are should meet with either their faculty or student services advisor for review and signature before turning in the completed application to the admissions and records office, Christiansburg site front desk or by email: admissions@king-net.net.
All graduates must have a GPA of 2.00 in all studies attempted which are applicable toward graduation.
In awarding students an additional degree, diploma, certificate, or career studies certificate, the college may grant credit for all completed applicable courses which are requirements of the additional degree, diploma, certificate, or career studies certificate. However, the awards must differ from one another by at least 25% of the credits.
Course substitutions cannot exceed 10% of the total credits of the program.
At least 25% of the credits must be acquired at the college awarding the degree.
